COO and Jacksonville Executive Director
Put simply, Joe is passionate about helping people and organizations reach their potential. While he's supposed to be "the face" of One Spark, he prefers pulling the strings from behind the scenes. Joe worked his way through college in the corporate world. Deciding that the cubicle life wasn't for him, he spent the next 10 years starting companies and growing others. He's a bit awkward and turns red if uncomfortable, so have fun with that.
